Shanghai Delegation Visit Rotterdam and Glasgow

Shanghai Urban planning and Land Resource Bureau & Shanghai Urban Planning and Design Research Institute have visited Rotterdam City Development (Stadsontwikkeling Rotterdam) on 22 April 2013. The delegation has discussed related issues with colleagues from Urban Planning & Traffic Department and has also visited Rotterdam New Central Station and the new urban renewal projects in the city centre.

Afterwards, Shanghai delegations has joined the international conference of METREX in Glasgow in order to share the experiences of Metropolitan policy and urban development strategy.

What we have done: 

• Inviting and organizing visit in Rotterdam and Glasgow for Shanghai delegation.
• Liaising between Shanghai delegation and Rotterdam City Development & METREX
