Landsea Group visited The Netherlands

A delegation from Landsea Group Nanjing & Shanghai Offices has visited the Netherlands for Urban Regeneration in mid -September. The company is among the top 100 leading developers in China and at the frontier of green tech properties, such as green-building technologies, green elderly care and green financial services.

The goal of their visit to the Netherlands is their staffs’ aboarding their views on sustainable housing redevelopment, building renovation and reuse of historical buildings.

East & West Urban Consultancy has organised their study visit, also has given a presentation about Dutch Urban Development and showed them different urban renewal projects in Amsterdam, Rotterdam and The Hague. Discussion with our Dutch colleagues and the residents of the visited projects was the most appreciated.
