Jinhu Delegation visited Rotterdam
A delegation form government officials from Urban development, Land Administration, Financial Department, leaded by vice governor of Jinhu County, Jiangsu Province has visited the Netherlands from 8th -10th of June. They have visited Rotterdam and accompanied by architects from 123 –DV, CéGé – Office for architecture & building management, EcoSCAPE and East & West Urban Consultancy.
The delegation is specially interested in sustainable landscape planning and design, because nowadays in China a balanced urban development with ecological countryside is very important for the regional development. The delegation has visited many greens parks in Rotterdam as well as national parks outside the city in order to get an overview of the ecosystem planning in the Netherlands. The delegation members are very impressed by the Dutch approach for the sustainable urban and regional development.
