International Competition for Urban Design – China & EU Blue Industrial Park (Shenzhen, China, May 2023)
Organized by Shenzhen SEZ Construction and Development Group, Marine Industry Development Co., Ltd.and Urban Planning and Design Institute Of Shenzhen, International Competition for Urban Design of China-EU Blue Industry Park and Architectural Concept Design of the Start-up Area invites all (intel)national planning & design companies to join.
The planning area is located at the west side of Shenzhen, about 1 km2. Among it 24.8 ha needs to have detailed plan, 2,1 ha needs to have architectural design. It requests the following:
- Specify the goals and programme of the planning area, including business development plan, infrastructure, public space, road system and underground space plans.
- Architectural concept: main architecture style, building functions, zoning & construction plans.
The goal of this development is to shape new maritime city -ecological, smart and future oriented.
For the first four wining companies, the honorarium will be:
- 1st prize: 3 million RMB Yuan
- 2nd prize: 1,6 million RMB yuan
- 3rd prize (2): 1 million RMB yuan.
