Forum on Green Building
On April 2-3, 2018, the 14th International Conference on Green and Energy-Efficient Building & New Technologies and Products Expo held in Zhuhai in the International Convention & Exhibition Centre.
During the event, high level European and Chinese speakers introduced and shared practical experience of on-going EU-China International Programs in Green Building Sector. Launched by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the annual conference has proved to be an increasing success through 13 years of development. With more and more support from around the world, the IGEBC has ranked it now the most influential event with the largest scale in the green building industry in China, with over 3000 participants and with more than 300 exhibitors both Chinese and European.
Europe –China eco cities link Project (EC-LINK) has held a sub forum on Green Building entitled: “Europe-China Forum on Eco-City and Energy Efficiency Innovations†during this conference. Experts from Germany and France have shared their eco-city experiences as well as in European cities and Chinese cities. Of course, the Chinese experience in this field also contributed to the forum.
As the key expert of Sustainable Urban Planning of EC-LINK project, Ms. Xiaocun Ruan has moderated this forum.
